In order to anticipate the needs of our transforming businesses, our capabilities must transform at an accelerated rate. Leveraged capabilities provide a unique opportunity to share knowledge and resources across multiple business units. This shared services platform approach increases employee engagement, accelerates learning and self-actualization, and provides better results for our businesses.

We will explore a case study to develop leveraged capabilities within Koch Industries, Inc. Critical strategies, planning, messaging, potential pitfalls, and outcomes will be examined. We'll use a real-world example as a thought-starter for attendees, who will learn helpful strategies, tools, and mental models through which they can evaluate the potential for leveraged capabilities within their business.
