Our administration and reporting feature is perfect for the event planner to pull and maintain any comprehensive material needed for their event. Administrative users are able to collect function requests from both internal and external groups as well as approve function requests and communicate with requestors. All users are provided with an electronic communication tool to email their vendors and planners throughout the event. This tool includes various filtering options and email templates to manage recipients. Standard reports within our feature include: room set details, room conflicts, supplies by day, supplies by day by room, vendors contact info, vendor-specific reports, and other customizable reports can be designed based on our Adhoc feature. All of this, plus 24/7 access for users and their staff are all found within our administration and reporting feature.
Every event needs staff. Whether it is a staff of 1 or 1000, Logistics Builder can help to simplify managing staff before and during the event. Once their schedule is created, our solution allows staff to load their schedules to their icalendar keeping track of their responsibilities. This feature also works great for event planners that use temp workers on-site.
Vendors using our Logistics Builder Solution will have access to their own personalized "Vendor Center". This portal allows vendors to pull reports for functions they need to provide services for. Vendors are also able to pull conference information including move in and move out dates, conference maps and floor plans, and shipping and storage information.
Our feature gives requestors the power to submit and track their own function requests, change requests, upload supporting documents, and review the approval status. For requestors, this means they can follow the status of their own function requests without having to reach out to the event planner.
