Our "Speaker Center" offers a personal, user-friendly portal for speakers, presenters, moderators, panelists, and abstract reviewers within our system. All participants are able to perform various tasks based on their roles in the meeting. Speakers have the ability to edit contact information, complete electronic forms, view their speaker responsibilities and personal itinerary, and upload information such as bios, photos, and presentations directly into the system.
The Speaker Center can also be used as a resource for information including dates and deadlines. Specific requirements including links to register, hotel, travel arrangements, and other resources can all be stored here in the system.
