Legalization of recreational marijuana in Canada and the United States presents new workplace health and safety challenges for employers and employees. While the issue is new for many jurisdictions, there are lessons that can be learned from the experience to date and a review of the scientific literature. This course examines the issue from a variety of perspectives and for different audiences.
