All ads in the Conferences on Aging program are black and white unless otherwise specified.
Quarter Page: 3 7/8" x 4 7/8"
Half page: 8" x 4 7/8"
Full page, no bleed: 8" x 10 ½"
Note: Full bleed is not an option
Instructions for Ad Preparation
Submission deadline: August 15, 2009
Ads must be submitted as high-resolution (300 dpi or higher) digital files. We can accept EPS, hi-res JPG, TIFF or PDF files.
Please note: Images downloaded from the Internet are not acceptable as their resolution is usually 72 dpi, and for print purposes images must be a minimum of 300 dpi.
Media: Electronic ad files can be submitted via e-mail to ljones@asaging.org if less than 8 MB in size. If larger, save to CD and send to:
